November 2 2003

My message
The medium came to me first saying a grandfather figure had been standing behind me (for a time). He was wearing a World War I uniform, army boots and two or three medals. Family issues around you. Feel isolated. Link to father. You talk to Spirit sometimes, sometimes ideas pop into your head. At first feel full of confidence, but later lack confidence to carry out what’s been said.

Grandfather is putting his hands on your shoulder to show support. Image of troops steeling themselves before going over top of trenches. Build energy, put all else out of mind and just do it. This is what you need to do at this time.

My comments
Family issues could relate to my responsibility toward both my mother and my wife and child, and they are related to my Dad’s passing. I do feel isolated without Dad (and also without my grandmother, to whom I was very close, who passed just over a year before). I do sometimes talk to “Spirit” (?) both before and after Dad’s passing.

Again the “grandfather” figure offering support, this is remarkable for its consistency three weeks running. I believe this to be my great grandfather WG, who fought in the Canadian army in World War I. The image of steeling myself before going over the top is one I used and continue to use following this message. My mother told me my great grandfather had at least one medal and I was later shown his army badge.

No message for me but some evidence from others. Told one man he had two brown bottles belonging to someone else. Gave another lady some surnames which were taken and a jug with squiggles. Also the name of an old neighbour, and a baker’s shop (her mum worked in a baker’s.

November 30 2003

A clairvoyant and psychic artist were working together. The clairvoyant worked while the artist drew. The clairvoyant started giving this message to the lady in front of me. She gave my mother’s name and said she was on earth (alive), and that she tended to chase rainbow with little chance of success. She then gave a link to the sea, eg cross channel ferries. My Dad was in the Navy and enjoyed going on cross channel ferries.

As the lady in front did not seem to recognize the details I said they were more applicable to me. She then asked if I laid floors for a living - I don’t - or whether there was a floor needed laying - my house could use new carpets and floorboards are a bit creaky in places. At this point the artist finished a picture and the medium left me.

A woman at the back was asked about someone who liked diving - her husband sitting next to her did. She was also correctly given a hymn that was played at someone’s funeral, and immediately after the medium gave the name of the person whose funeral it was played at.
