Spiritualist Mediums : Messages from Spirit

My message
A lady draws close with lots of love and wants to hug you. Also a man smoking strong smelling rub tobacco. You’ve had a very bad experience recently. You considered whether life was worth carrying on with, but you have already started making progress, first steps. You will see that experience wasn’t so bad. A change of job, which you will find more satisfying and achieve greater recognition. You are aware of Spirit and sense rather than seeing it. There is no need to feel alone. There is lots of love from Spirit, just speak and they will hear.

My comments
The lady could be my grandmother. I did not recognise the man smoking at this stage, but later found he might be my great-grandfather.

The loss of my father a week previously was the worst experience of my life. I did question the point of continuing but having a child answered my doubts. At this stage I don’t think I had started making progress, but was at least trying to continue. At the time I couldn’t understand how the experience wasn’t so bad, but in time, although still painful, I have come to realise that birth, life and return to Spirit is inevitable and the way of things.

At this time I was waiting to start a new job the following month which I had been offered before my Dad’s passing. However, the job did not turn out to be satisfying, and I failed to make the impact that I would have liked.

I am aware of Spirit, though do not see it.

Other correct messages
The medium identified one sitter as a medium and another as a healer, but did not make any incorrect guesses of this nature of any other sitters. Told one man he had seen Spirit of his father and had been given a very important message. Told another lady she didn’t get a ring she should have had after her mother’s death, also that a friend passed with cancer about ten years ago (it was her best friend).

My message
Are you new to Spiritualism? Feelings of anger/anger around you. Depression, low energy levels, loneliness. People around don’t understand you and this is the reason for your inner anger. Medium saw a white cross. You have been praying. Sometimes obstacles are placed in our way. People ask why the good have to suffer while others avoid suffering, but we are only given obstacles we are strong enough to cope with. You have another difficulty to face.

You could be a medium and should try to develop this and have confidence in yourself and in Spirit. Try psychometry with a friend. You sense, feel and see Spirit. Granddad (maybe) smoked a pipe and is very close and always there, you only have to ask.

My comments
I am not new to Spiritualism. At the time I felt too low to be angry, but I was depressed and lonely. I felt somebody didn’t fully understand what I was going through. Dad’s funeral was a week before and there were lots of white crosses at the cemetery. I did pray a lot for Dad’s recovery. I was questioning why the good (eg Dad) have to suffer. Although I did not know it at the time I had to face two more difficulties. Firstly, the job I was about to start did not work out as I’d hoped. Secondly the purchase of a house I wanted did not go through.

I am aware of Spirit, but don’t see it - though maybe I saw it once. It’s significant that I was told of my awareness two weeks running, and also that I was given the pipe-smoking man and the invitation to ask him again.

Other correct messages
Told one lady she had moved to a new house with a smaller garden. Also that she had a new job involving writing that she was not happy with. She lost a close friend 12 years ago. Medium identified one man as another medium who helps young people. Accurately gave his guides, a nun and a Tibetan man. Also identified same man as last week as a healer.
