Mathematical Proof of God?

abracad, · Categories: science and spirituality

Could there ever be mathematical proof of the existence of God? According to one of the world's smartest people that might just be the case... Chris Langan is a genius with an IQ said to be around 200. To put this in perspective, the average person's IQ is 100, Einstein's was reckoned to be around 150.

A victim of circumstance, Langan - featured in Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers: The Story of Success - missed out on an academic education and spent much of his life working in menial jobs (most notably as a Long Island bouncer). However, his spare time has been spent on the development of the "Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe (CTMU)" - a comprehensive theory of everything in which the universe is both the physical and mental.

In a 1999 ABCNEWS interview with Cynthia McFadden Langan states: "There is a new way to prove the existence of God, a new proof that has not been refuted, yes."
