Why Older Souls Make Better Leaders

There is a lot to learn about the age of the soul, but primarily the people on this planet can be broken down into three areas:
- new souls or first-time souls—people who have never had a previous life. The majority of six billion people on this world are in this category.
- second-time souls—ovan1 souls who come back to Earth and have only had one previous lifetime. There are a few thousand of them.
- starseed souls or repersonalized2 souls—people whose soul points of origin are actually from other universes. There are more than 500 million worldwide with many of those millions in the United States.
THE THREE SOUL TYPES
Starseed usually have lived other lifetimes on worlds in other universes as well as on this world. There are seven orders of starseed souls, which are too complicated for this brief introduction article.
Naturally, the second-time soul would have more experience in dealing with leadership and management positions than the first-time soul. Most of the presidents who are elected in a democratic society, like the United States, have been first-time souls, because first-time souls (who are the majority) vote them in. However, every once in a while, a starseed soul in America becomes elected by the constituency.
Many starseed souls reach positions of leadership in corporations because they are multi-dimensional in their perspectives. And many more reach stardom in show business due to being charismatic and extra-talented, because they have had many years, possibly even hundreds, in previous lives in which their talents and abilities have been practiced.
John F. Kennedy was a President of the United States who was a young starseed soul, as well as his brother Robert F. Kennedy.
Starseed souls usually have a difficult time in our education system. But for those in whose hearts there is a God-given ambition and sense of destiny and they know where they’re headed, they are somehow able to get through the education system, particularly if they are destined to become political leaders.
OLDER SOULS3
In the realm of show business and politics, individuals like Madonna, Michael Jackson, Brad Pitt, Bill Maher, Angelina Jolie, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Sean Penn, Michele Pfeiffer, Jim Morrison, Bob Dylan, Shirley McClain, Bob Marley, Ellen Page, Elijah Wood, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Salma Hayek, Sean Young, Orlando Bloom, Peter Coyote, Niánn Emerson Chase, Che Guevara, David Bowie, Dick Cavett, Barack Obama, Andrew Jackson Young, Jr., Julian Bond, Harold Eugene Ford, Jr., Johnny Depp, Jane Fonda, Sade, Demi Moore, Malcolm X, Janeane Garofalo, Princess Diana, Mohammed Ali, Ralph Nader, Kirsten Dunst, Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love, David Cooperfield, Uma Therman, Jimi Hendrix, and many others were and are older souls—many of whom cannot deal with the system and are revolutionaries in some manner with their music, acting, or politics. Sometimes they are activists who help bring about positive change, and sometimes they have become lost in their sense of God-given destiny and act out their confusion and frustration in a negative manner.
NEW SOULS
In comparison, some new souls I’d like to mention, to give a perspective, are: Tom Cruise, John Goodman, Rosie O’Donnell, Martin Luther King, Jr., Jesse Jackson, Andy Griffith, George W. Bush, John Wayne, Rudy Giuliani, Bill Richardson, Sally Field, Michael Moore, Michael Bloomberg, John Edwards, Ringo Starr, Terry Bradshaw, Peyton Manning, Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth II, Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair, Matt Damon, Mike Huckabee, Chuck Norris, Paul Hogan, Ben Affleck, Ron Paul, Dolly Parton, Rosanne Barr, Mitt Romney, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Moyer, Queen Latifah, Vin Diesel, Elvis Presley, Kathy Bates, Sean Astin, Bill O’Reilly, Fred Thompson, Sally Jesse Raphael, Dan Aykroyd, Shelley Winters, David Letterman, Janet Reno, Hillary Clinton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Madeleine Albright, Janet Napolitano, Larry King, Art Bell, George Noory, Mike Tyson, Condoleezza Rice, Patty Duke, Sylvester Stallone, Billie Jean King, John McCain, Bruce Willis, Annette Funicello, and Jay Leno.
I hope from these comparisons you can begin to see what I’m talking about. As in the list of starseed, you can see in this new-soul list persons who have taken a higher road of positive contributions to our world and others who taken a lower road of compromise and less resistance to that which is wrong in the status quo.
CONTRASTS BETWEEN NEW SOULS AND STARSEED SOULS
In this article I am making broad generalizations in order to introduce concepts of soul-age differences. Every soul is unique and individualistic, but there are general patterns that fit more for new souls and ones that fit more for starseed. Of course there are exceptions to these generalizations in all areas because there are new souls who have higher genetics.
Many starseed souls have new-soul parents. There is a rhyme and a reason, but it’s too much to explain in this brief article. Starseed souls with new-soul parents usually become teacher sons and daughters to the parents.
Of course, many starseed souls don’t know they are repersonalized souls, but they may have an idea, once they hear about the concept from reading metaphysical and spiritual literature. Some even have memories of past lives—maybe not always pictorial memories of times and places, but more emotional and genetic memories, feelings, and desires.
In the past, political leaders such as George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were starseed souls. Francis of Assisi & Sister Clare, Joseph of Israel, Moses, Martin Luther, and Akhenaton & Nefertiti were starseed souls. In some manner, these souls all started spiritual and/or political renaissances.
Among Native Americans, Sitting Bull (who united the Indian nations) as well as Sacagawea (who guided the Lewis & Clark Expedition) were characteristic starseed who were great leaders, uniting their people with other tribes and races in some manner.
New souls are often more one-dimensional and more grounded to the earth and mechanical things, whereas starseed are usually more multi-dimensional and, as the Native Americans say, have traveled the wheel of life through many lifetimes, having many experiences in various jobs and careers, therefore enabling them to make higher decisions when these starseed souls are in positions of leadership decisions over others, and have the right motives.
Many first-time souls make decisions based upon the lower circuits/chakras, more by feelings, whereas repersonalized starseed souls often make more decisions by the higher circuits/chakras, in the intuitive realm, if they are tapped into a sense of moral responsibility.
Most new souls tend to be more judgmental and linear, whereas many starseed seem to be more discerning and open-minded. Therefore, more new souls than starseed are fundamentalistic, with conservative values, whereas more starseed than new souls tend to be liberal.
Most first-time souls seem not to take as many chances but like everything to be secure and are not as adventurous and experimental as repersonalized souls who tend to take more chances and often discover new ways of doing things.
When in positions of government, more new souls than starseed tend to stay to the standardized policies, whereas often starseed souls lead the way in writing new expanded policies for the common good of all races and people, taking into consideration issues that have diversified circumstances.
Primarily, first-time souls are more content in their work as skilled laborers, factory workers, athletic coaches, athletes, plumbers, farmers, and mechanics, whereas repersonalized souls are usually more content as artists (painters, musicians, actors, sculptors, and craftspeople), architects, designers, record producers, and engineers.
Professions can have both new souls and older souls, but usually the older souls (or the starseed) can be more versatile. Many new souls can stay at a job or career for a whole lifetime much easier than starseed souls who often will have a variety of other interests and who tend to change jobs a lot in their earlier years. More older souls than new souls do different kinds of work throughout their entire lives, even having several types of work at one time.
Usually first-time souls more easily comply with the majority and do not try to rock the boat, whereas often repersonalized souls ask the majority to follow their new ideas and rock the boat. This can be good or bad, depending upon the person’s motive.
With all this in mind, it makes sense that a repersonalized starseed soul who has gained (over a period of hundreds of years in past lives) a broader moral foundation, experiences of being born into different races in different countries, and an expanded heart of service to humanity would be a more qualified leader.
